Wave Hotel

Stayed there 4 nights on a work trip. Really nice staff. The room was great. I didn’t like that the room didn’t have a Microwave, but I wouldn’t call it a huge thumbs down, I managed . Room was spacious and met the requirements for my trip. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Clarenville!

I have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions all summer long for business. I would not go anywhere else! The manager Kim and her staff are top notch. From the front desk staff to the extremely clean room you won't be disappointed if you stay here.

Went on a trip to Clarenville with the kids for 2 days and stayed here. The pool was open late and other then the public times we were allowed to use it anytime and it has a nice pool. Rooms are OK. But standard for what it is. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. Also give good tips on places to go eat, shop etc. Close to all amenities such as restaurants, Tim's, Walmart, dollarama, gas stations. Great stay.

I made a mistake when I booked our stay. I booked Saturday night instead of Friday night. I was in a real pickle. The hotel was full, but the kind ladies behind the desk were absolute angels. They found us a room, even though they were full, and we are very grateful that we were spared trying to find another room somewhere else at the last minute. We stay here twice a year for an assembly and this hotel is second to none in the Clarenville area. Our little girl loves the pool and we love the comfort and location. The staff are the best!

We had a beautiful stay at the Wave. We booked two standard rooms. One room was inside the Hotel and the other was behind in two separate buildings. Both rooms were super clean and the bed and pillows were so comfortable and comfy. They have a delicious Continental Breakfast with many options. Everything was perfect. A big shout out to Roland who greeted us with a friendly smile and who made us feel right at home. Thank you Pauline and Josephine for helping me book our rooms and answer all my questions. The location was perfect too. Can't wait to come back for another visit. And Thank you Darlene for all your hard work. Big Bonus is the pool , gym and sauna plus they have a laundry room for guests.

Thank you to Kim and her team, we had a wonderful stay this week. From the kindness and consideration of our family needs to the wonderful service and cleanliness of your hotel, we were so impressed. Newly rebuilt and situated within walking distance of supermarket and restaurants. Fridge and coffee maker in room. We absolutely loved the pool and the accessibility was great to see. Thank you for all you did to make our stay so enjoyable, we will be back.

We stayed one night recently while traveling through Newfoundland. We have 2 young kids and this was a great place to stay with them. They loved the pool, and I loved that there were life jackets and noodles available for them to use. There is also a small slide and swingset out back. Room was clean and decent, although one thing I didn't like was that the bathroom light was connected to a super loud bathroom fan; you couldn't turn the light on without the fan. Fine during the day, but not great when using the washroom in the night. They need to put a night light in the washrooms. Other than that though, I would stay here again.
